Mr. Phelps has a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and Technology from Old Dominion University. He currently has a teaching license in the state of Virginia for Secondary Education.  He teaches 6th grade mathematics.

Mrs. Phelps holds a teaching degree in the state of Virginia and graduated from Old Dominion University with a Masters degree in Elementary Education PK-6th. 

We are available for tutoring sessions Monday-Thursday after 4pm. We can also work with your schedule to find a time that works for both of us.

Yes, we can provide references from previous students and their parents who have been satisfied with my tutoring services.
